This two-day workshop will equip participants to be certified APU Strength Finder coaches. The purpose of being a coach is to have the skills and knowledge to walk along side people who have taken the Strength Finder assessment helping them understand their top strengths and the variety of ways they can strategically be utilized within the local church or any other context. Participants must have familiarity with the Strength Finder material and their own top strengths.

Dave currently serves as the director of the Noel Academy for Strengths based leadership at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa California. Dave pursues his passion of equipping people on their strengths through an interactive engaging style bringing all of our strengths to life.
